Reviews and Ratings
My stay at this hotel was delightful. The rooms were nicely decorated and furnished, clean, comfortable, and quiet, though could use some updating. The service was fantastic, with friendly and informative staff who were keen on making our stay relaxing and pleasant. The location was great, serving as a base for exploring the western cape where many generations of my ancestors lived. The dining experience was excellent and reasonably priced, offering traditional regional homemade products.
The hotel exceeded my expectations with its comfortable rooms and excellent service; however, the dining options were quite disappointing compared to the price paid. The location was ideal, minutes away from the Sagamore bridge and close to beaches and charming shops. Although the facilities need an upgrade, the overall stay was enjoyable and relaxing.
I absolutely loved my stay at this inn! The location is perfect, just minutes from the Sagamore bridge and close to beautiful beaches and a charming downtown area with plenty of shops and eateries. The surroundings are peaceful and picturesque, offering a true Cape Cod experience. However, I was a bit taken aback by the quality of the breakfast served, which was more supermarket than inn. Overall, a wonderful stay with a few minor drawbacks.
I stayed at the hotel for a special celebration and found the rooms to be beautiful but a bit small with no view, contrary to what I saw on the website. However, the service was excellent, and the staff were friendly, professional, and very helpful. The location was perfect for exploring the Cape, close to the Sagamore bridge, beaches, and downtown area with charming shops and eateries. The dining experience was superb with lovely views, but the lack of light in the rooms was a downside.
Staying at this hotel was a delightful experience. The rooms were very warm and comfortable, adorned with antique-style furniture in an authentic early 19th-century home. The Jacuzzi tub and fireplace added a cozy touch to the room, making it a perfect retreat after a day at the spa. The service was exceptional, with staff offering plenty of good suggestions for exploring the Cape, going out of their way to ensure a fantastic stay. The location was simply gorgeous, surrounded by beautiful landscaping and flowers everywhere, making it an ideal place to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The dining experience in the conservatory was excellent and reasonably priced, enhancing the overall stay. The facilities were top-notch, providing everything needed for a luxurious and relaxing getaway.
The hotel had a nice bed in the room, but I wouldn't have paid full price for it. The rooms were alright and always too warm for my liking, especially with the AC in October. The service was friendly and welcoming, with a decent club sandwich available. The location was great for relaxation and exploring the area on foot. The dining experience was excellent in a lovely conservatory setting. Overall, it's a comfortable stay with friendly service but could use improvements in room temperature control.
